What Counts as a Specialty Item?
Specialty items are objects that require extra care, skill, manpower, or equipment beyond a standard move.

Weight & Safety Limits
To protect both your belongings and our team:
- Maximum 400lbs for a standard 2-mover crew
- Additional movers required for 400lbs+
- Maximum 800lbs for a single item
- We reserve the right to refuse items unsafe to lift or transport
This keeps everyone safe and prevents preventable damage.
What We Do Not Move
For liability, equipment, and safety reasons, we cannot handle:

🚫 Documents like passports, social security cards, birth certificates
🚫 Anything exceeding 800 lbs
