Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to all intrastate moving, labor and delivery services provided by Move Like Ninjas™.

1. No Refund Policy (All Deposits & Payments Are Final)

Move Like Ninjas™ operates on a no-refund billing structure.

All deposits and prepaid service fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

This includes cancellations, rescheduling requests, underestimation of job size, inability to complete job due to customer conditions, and dissatisfaction based on expectations.

Any amount paid prior to job completion is considered a deposit, is not returnable, and will instead be applied toward the final balance if the service proceeds.

2. Balance Payment Policy

Remaining balance after deposit is due immediately upon completion of service.

If customer cannot or will not pay:

  • Late fees may apply
  • Collections or legal recovery may be pursued

Payment is required regardless of whether the customer chooses to use the full job booked or ends the job early.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule, however:

Scenario Refund?
Customer cancels after paying deposit ❌ No refund
Customer requests reschedule ❌ New/supplemental deposit may be required
Customer cancels or leaves during move ❌ Deposit retained; balance may still be owed
Company cancels due to hazard or violation ❌ No refund (credit/reschedule at discretion)

Move Like Ninjas™ may pause, refuse, or stop service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, misrepresented, or access is blocked. Payments remain non-refundable.

4. Service Credits (At Company Discretion Only)

In the rare event Move Like Ninjas™ offers a service credit, terms will be issued in writing, valid only for future work, and never redeemable for cash.

We reserve the right to decline rescheduling where capacity is limited.

5. Quality & Satisfaction Terms

We strive for excellence — however, moving is a physical service involving labor, logistics, and conditions outside our control.

Dissatisfaction with speed, appearance, pace, or expected outcome is not grounds for refund or discount.

Customers are encouraged to communicate needs clearly during the move.

6. Damages & Claims Are Separate From Refunds

Damage claims (if eligible) are processed under the Damage & Liability Policy, not the refund policy.

Refunds are not used for damage resolution — valuation rules apply instead.

In booking with Move Like Ninjas™, you acknowledge that:

✔ Deposits are non-refundable
✔ Payment is due regardless of early stop or cancellation
✔ Reschedules may require additional deposit
✔ No refunds are issued once payment is made
✔ Claims are handled separately from payment or refund requests
