Official Tariff & Pricing Rules

Jurisdiction: Arizona Intrastate Service Operations
This tariff governs all pricing, billing, mileage, deposits, travel fees, valuation coverage, surcharges, add-ons, job scope and service conditions for Move Like Ninjas™.
All customers accept this tariff upon booking, paying a deposit, or receiving service.
SECTION A — BASE SERVICES
1. Flat-Rate Full Service Moving (Truck Included)
Deposit Required: $300 (non-refundable, applied toward total)
Base rate includes 2 movers and one truckload.

Flat-rate includes loading + unloading one truckload only per base rate.
2. Hourly Labor + Truck
Deposit Required: $300 (non-refundable, applied toward total)
Weekday Rate: $135/hr (1- HOUR MINIMUM)
Weekend Rate: $155/hr (1- HOUR MINIMUM)
Travel Fee: $195

3. Labor-Only / No Truck
Base (includes 2 movers): $99/hr + $50/hr per additional mover
Travel Fee: $85
Mileage (if traveling on location change):
$3.50/mi (A→Z) + $0.50/mi per extra mover
Does not include transportation of cargo.
4. Item Delivery / Donation Pickup
Used for single-item or multi-item haul/drops.
Base rate includes 2 movers and one truckload.

5. Packing Service

Base (includes 2 movers): $99/hr + $50/hr per additional mover
Travel Fee: $85
7. Cable Management
Base (includes 2 movers): $99/hr + $50/hr per additional mover
Travel Fee: $85
SECTION B — ADD-ONS & SURCHARGES

SECTION C — TAX POLICY
Arizona TPT is charged in addition to service prices where applicable.
Customer is responsible for tax liability on final invoice.
SECTION D — DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Any amount paid before job completion counts as a deposit.
Deposit = applied toward total.
Remaining balance due immediately upon completion.
Accepted Payments:

✔ Cash — 5% discount MUST pay exact or greater (no change given)
Invoices may be issued for deposit + final balance.
SECTION E — OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Customer must provide:
▪ Clean + safe environment
▪ Clear paths + parking
▪ Accurate item disclosure
▪ Stairs & weight notice
▪ Water/gas disconnected when required
▪ Drawers emptied
▪ Pets & children controlled
Failure to comply may result in reschedule or cancellation with no refund.
Weight Limit:
400lb max per 2-man team
800lb total limit
SECTION F — LIABILITY, VALUATION & CLAIMS
Included Valuation: $0.60/lb — INCLUDED FREE — up to $50,000
Optional Upgrade: $2.25/lb — $50 flat fee — up to $50,000
Claims must be reported within 24 hours with photos + details.
Repair-first policy applies before valuation payout.
Not covered:
▪ Undisclosed heavy items
▪ Customer-packed boxes
▪ Pre-existing damage
▪ Hazardous or restricted items
▪ Documents (passports, birth certificates etc.)
▪ Electronics unless visibly damaged on-site
