3. Do you serve my area?

Yes — we provide movers throughout the Phoenix Metro including:
Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Queen Creek, and more.
We also move customers anywhere in Arizona.

4. Do you offer same-day movers in Phoenix or surrounding cities?

Yes. Same-day moves are available for $99 as long as you book 4 hours before your desired window.

5. Are you insured?

Yes. All moves include basic valuation coverage at $0.60/lb (up to $50k).
An optional Upgraded Valuation is available for $50 at $2.25/lb.

6. Do you move apartments, houses, and commercial spaces?

Yes — we handle apartments, homes, mansions, offices, storage units, retail spaces, and warehouses.

7. Do you handle storage unit moves?

Absolutely. Storage units are one of our specialties.
We offer full-service, labor-only, or item pickup/delivery for any storage facility in Arizona.

8. Are your movers background-checked?

Yes — crews are vetted, trained, and selected for professionalism, respect, and work ethic.

9. How many movers come with my service?

All services include 2 movers.
You can add additional movers for faster service.

10. Do you provide moving trucks?

Yes — for item delivery or donation, flat-rate and hourly full-service moves, we supply the truck.

For labor-only services, the customer provides the truck or container.

11. What size truck do I need?

We offer:

• 10’ truck → $500 (Studio-1 bedroom apartment)
• 15’ truck → $705 (1-2 bedroom house)
• 20’ truck → $880 (2-3 bedroom house)
• 26’ truck → $975 (4+ bedroom house)

12. Can I hire movers without a truck? (Labor-Only)

Yes — our labor-only services include:

• Loading/unloading
• In-home moving
• Assembly/disassembly

• Have a truck? WE pack, YOU drive, WE unload

13. Do you offer packing services?

Yes — we offer packing services (no materials supplied) charged hourly.

14. Can you help with IKEA or furniture assembly?

Yes — we offer full furniture assembly & disassembly at hourly labor rates.

15. Do you move oversized items?

We can move many heavy items, but not anything exceeding 800 lbs.

Items over 400 lbs require a crew larger than 2.

16. What items do you NOT move?

We do not move:

• Pianos
• Pool tables
• Hot tubs
• Firearms / ammo
• Hazardous chemicals
• Flammables
• Engines
• Explosives
• Live plants or animals
• Prescription drugs or controlled substances
• Rare/collectible valuables not declared (jewelry, art)
• Documents like passports, social security cards, birth certificates

17. Are you a licensed Arizona mover?

Yes. We operate under a legal trade name and comply with Arizona mover tariff regulations.
(LLC coming soon.)

18. Do you offer interstate or out-of-state moves?

Not yet — Arizona only. Interstate expansion is planned.

19. What if my home has stairs?

Stairs cost:

• $30 per flight for flat-rate moves

• Hourly moves or labor-only: included in time spent

• Delivery/donation pickup: $0.25/lb per flight

20. Do you move specialty items like safes or gym equipment?

Yes — if under 800 lbs, and structurally safe.
Anything over this limit must be declined.

💵 FLAT-RATE MOVING QUESTIONS

21. How does flat-rate pricing work?

Flat-rate moves include:

• Base Rate
• Mileage ($5/mi)
• Stairs ($30/flight)

This ensures transparent pricing, no hidden hours, no surprises.

22. What is included in a flat-rate move base rate?

• 2 Movers
• 1 Truckload

23. Are flat rates cheaper?

Usually — especially for longer distance walks, disassembly, and fragile items.
We are known as Arizona’s most transparent flat-rate movers.

24. What if I need an extra truckload?

You will be charged for an additional full-service rate depending on truck size.

25. What if the move takes longer than expected?

Flat rate is locked unless:

• Inventory changes
• Customer misrepresents move
• Unsafe conditions
• Additional truckloads needed

Your quote will always explain adjustments clearly.

26. How does hourly pricing work?

Hourly moves start at:

• Weekdays: $135/hr
• Weekends: $155/hr
• $50/hr per additional mover
• $195 travel fee
• $5/mi mileage

27. Is there an hourly minimum?

Yes — 1-hour minimum plus travel fee.

28. When is hourly better than flat rate?

Hourly is best for:

• Short walking distance moves
• Well prepared moves
• Partial moves
• Boxes

29. Do hourly moves include disassembly and assembly?

Yes — included in your billable time.

30. Can I schedule hourly movers for same-day service?

Yes — add $99 for same-day booking.

31. What does labor-only include?

32. How much is labor-only?

$99/hr + $50/hr per additional mover

• $85 travel fee
• $3.50/mi if traveling

33. Do you offer night-time labor-only service?

Yes — labor-only moves may be booked during night hours at 2x the base rate.

34. Do you help load U-Haul, Penske, or PODs?

Absolutely — we specialize in loading containers efficiently.

📦 ITEM DELIVERY & DONATION PICKUP

35. Do you deliver furniture bought online?

Yes — one-item deliveries start at $184.

36. How much is each additional item?

+$10 per extra item.

37. Do you pick up donations?

Yes — we deliver to Goodwill, Deseret, Salvation Army, and others.

38. Do deliveries include stairs?

Yes — $0.25/lb per flight.

🛡 LIABILITY, PROTECTION, & SAFETY

39. What does basic coverage include?

Basic coverage: $0.60/lb up to $50k.

40. What items are NOT covered?

• Unboxed small items
• Pre-existing damage
• Fragile, weak, or structurally-compromised furniture

41. How long do I have to report damages?

24 hours per our Damage & Liability Policy.

42. Are electronics covered?

Yes — if properly packed and boxed.

43. Can the crew refuse unsafe or unprepared environments?

Yes — we may cancel or reschedule with no refund for:

• Excessive dirt/ trash/infestations
• Misrepresented inventory
• Hazardous materials

54. Can I ride in the moving truck?

No — for insurance reasons.
